RETURNS POLICY

All items sold by Brainy Style are made specifically for each order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Because each product is created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and sizing information before placing an order.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within seven days of delivery. Your request must include your order number along with clear photos showing the problem.

If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Requests submitted after the seven-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed after they are placed, as each item is produced specifically for the customer. Production typically takes between two and seven business days before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Orders within the United States generally arrive within three to seven business days after shipping.

Overall delivery time, including production, is estimated to be between five and ten business days for most orders. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Brainy Style is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
