Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Issues

If your package is lost in transit or arrives significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed quickly after being placed.
We can only accept cancellations or changes within a short window (typically 2–4 hours after ordering).

After production begins, changes are no longer possible.
